Keeps my head warm thin and compact for popping in pocket

Bought this as I get earache when cold wind blows in my ears whilst running in autumn and winter.Wool type beanies are too hot for running but this is just great.The stretch material fits snugly and does a great job keeping the wind out whilst not being too hot.Would be nice if it was a little bit longer for a more slouch fit but overall really pleased with it.

I've had a lot of hats/beanies over the years and most got pretty toasty, leaving you with a damp head after even easy runs but this one from Buff is about the same thickness as the summer neck scarfs yet stretchier - it lets the air slightly flow through it but keeps a good amount of heat in. Preventing cold ears but also overheating.

While I found the quality of this hat/beanie to be good the functionality is very poor. While moving the hat rides up off ones head meaning constant adjustment is required. Almost lost it on several occasions in moderate wind while walking. Only stays put when sitting in a warm bar with it on the table next to the gloves after a walk or ride.

As the title.Takes the sting out of cold air without getting hot.Comfortable fit, doesn't move around but just loose enough to go over bone conductive shockz headphones and not squeeze them to the head or affect how they work .
