Hello, I bought the 1380 tumeric curcumin tablets after reading about the health benefits of tumeric. I found this brand because of the strong reviews they had on amazon! 2 bought 2 bottles 1 for my mum and 1 bottle for me. My mum has osteo arthritis in her shoulder, the pain keeps her awake often most nights. She has certainly found taking 2 tablets a day very beneficial to reduce her pain levels and has asked me to buy her another bottle! I have fibromyalgia and I am currently trying to reduce my prescribed meds to live a more healthy -natural remedy- lifestyle, so Tumeric sounded like a great idea to try. I have been taking the tumeric most days- missing a few as I am generally quite forgetful! I think i will need to increase 2 tablets a day to 3 this as my pain I suffer from can be very irrational due to the nature of the condition. They have a strong taste but you do get used to it- its easier to take with food. The tablets are quite large which is another downside however I am used to taking many tablets so i am okay with this. i think tumeric works well for consistent pain- like my mums arthritis- she really thinks they have worked!

Works for me. Took for one month - was pain free. Stopped for a week to check this did work, pain came back, so now staying on it and all is well.

Arrived well packed and quickly trying this brand as an alternative to the one I have used. It is larger quantity for less money!

These aren’t the smallest tablets to take I won’t lie, and I’m lucky that I have no issues swallowing tablets so I found them easy to take. However I’m sure I read somewhere that the contents could be sprinkled into a drink or yoghurt? I could be wrong so please do check for yourself - but doing this would make them easier to take for those who struggle to swallow tablets.I’ve been taking them about a week. I chose them carefully after reading a ridiculous amount of reviews for various different company’s versions of turmeric and I chose there ones because of the existing excellent reviews and the fact that they’ve got no hidden nasties in and they’re suitable for as a vegetarian. I was hoping that they would help my poor stomach - I suffer with gastritis and duodenitis and am being investigated for pancreatitis and I also have gallstones (!) and so far they’ve helped my poor inflamed stomach no end. I also ache less in my joints which is an added bonus. They’re a reasonably priced, they arrived very quickly and I shall definitely be ordering more when this current tub has almost finished. I can’t fault them!
