These were tighter on me than my other underwear of the same size, but not so much tighter that I would recommend sizing up. Otherwise, they are quite comfortable as menstrual underwear or for tucking.

Two days into my flow and I’m so happy I got them! I’ve been working from home, and these have been a perfect substitution for all other period products. Literally, I need nothing else.Since I’m working from home, I just put them in the sink when I need a new pair. I’ll fill the sink with a bit of gentle detergent and cold water, and hand wash these babies. Super easy. Rinse, wring, and toss them in the dryer.
