Game Changer
If you are going to buy one of these bell tents, you need the rain fly. It holds heat in and keeps the rain out. My only complaint is that there’s no stove outlet, so you can’t use the stove jack.We get around this by using a gas camping heater.

This works elegantly
I haven’t used a rain fly on a bell tent before and this one was great! It floats elegantly above the top of the tent and keeps the rain off really well. We had a hard rainstorm while it was up, and not a drop inside! And it’s beautiful, on top of everything!

Shredded
I bought in February to use on my bell tents in summer so the return window passed before I even had it up. Dumb move. These shredded from top to bottom and were unusable after a month. The ropes are good though.

Tent
I’ve only had it out once,so I can’t speak on durability or waterproofing.tTent came promptly and was what I expected center pole bungee cord was broken which made it a little harder for 1 man to set up ,I bought the additional rain fly and ground cover.Everything fit well. There is no stove jack hole in the r.ainfly so you must install your own.all together it’s a heavy bundle for 1guy.

Good protection
The media could not be loaded. The video is right now in 50 plus mile per hour winds. This has definitely added extra protection for my danshel bell tent. I highly recommend getting a rain fly just to help protect against uv rays harming the canvas.

Why you need this???
This Fly serves 4 purposes. It keeps from your main canvas taking a beating by rain, snow, sun. Which we have here in the great white north. Its also a barrier in the heat and it really helps cut down the temp inside your tent. In cold weather it keeps the heat inside your tent. Make sure you get the one with the stove jack. You will regret it later on if you don't.

16' rain fly on a 13' white duck bell tent
after camping during a massive rainstorm, i decided to get a rain fly for my whiteduck 13' bell tent. They dont carry any so i looked into this place. All the reviews said the 13' was too small for a 13' bell tent. i decided to buy the 16' and it works absolutely wonderful. it stretches out far enough i can leave the windows open even during rain. the rain fly fits under my awning, giving me a huge dry area. i tie the front 4 guy lines to the legs of the awning. it made both the awning and the rainfly more sturdy. i am 4'10" and i had no problem putting the awning on. i laid the tent out, laid the rainfly on top, inserted the center pole adjust the rainfly. done
