So I’m gonna mention the negative first. If you take it on an empty stomach expect around 20 mins later to have a horrible sickness feeling.But now it’s not completely down to the pill but it must have something to do with it because since I’ve started taking it 6 weeks ago I’ve lost over 11kg going from 80.4 to 69.3 my energy levels have hugely increased and I’m feeling considerably less depressed and randomly my night time hot flushes have subsided. Like I said not all the pill but it’s no coincidenceHappy!.Edit: 5 months in taking these multivitamins, and I can honestly say they have made a huge , huge improvement to my overall energy levels and mental wellbeing.They were on offer when I bought them so stocked up. I turned 40 and decided to take better care of myself and started with a multivitamin and self care I’m now down to 60kg from over 80kg and built some decent muscles and even got a 6 pack! Can’t say it’s all the tablets doing but I will say it’s helped immensely.I feel just so much better all round.

Please don’t be put off by the smell when you first open the bottle, I found they taste much better than you’d think, it’s worth persevering!UPDATE : sadly, I won’t be buying this product again - the gummies stick together in a solid lump and I have to dig them apart with a fork to separate them.

My normal vitamin gummies were out of stock, so gave these a go without looking too much at the ingredients. About a week or so in, I started to get constipated. Took me a few days to pinpoint it to these and the iron. Iron doesn’t quickly filter out of your system like other metabolites - it’s sticks around for ages. You should really only take iron if you’re deficient and as recommended by a HCP - so having iron in a DAILY multivitamin is bonkers. Been off them for several days now and still haven’t managed a normal movement despite buying ALL the fiber/softener/laxatives I can. I’m miserable!!Despite these completely bottling me up, they also all stuck together and to the bottom of the bottle in a huge gummy glob. I had to use a fork to get them out!!Taste was fine - others complain, but I liked that they weren’t too sweet!!
