I tried buying a cheaper Choline supplement from Amazon as a previously purchased solgar choline was out of stock. The cheaper one was rubbish - didnt agree with me at all so I searched reviews to find a new one and happily found the Smokey Mountain AlphaGPC MAX. I've found it to be really good- improved energy and productivity levels as mentioned in a lot of other reviews. I really like the fact that it not only burns fat - helps to metabolize fat I should say but the amounts of usable choline are apparently specifically good for improving brain and cognitive functions. I feel this is a really good product, am very happy with it and lives up to what it is said to help with.

I was sceptical about this product as to how affective it was going to be. I have tried modafinil in the past and thought it was great but modafinil is a drug which comes with side affects so I didn't want to take that consistently. I have been looking for a natural alternative and came across this brand on amazon and gave it a try because of the cheap price. I can honestly say that i did not expect the results i have gotten. I feel more alert and much more focused. It does not have as much of an intense affect as modafinil but it certainly works. This is going to help so much with my uni work. I will be purchasing again!

Fantastic supplement. after just one day I regained my energy and started to think more positively. Of course, I take auto-suggestion into account, but in my opinion the positive changes are too big to be an effect of it. As a skeptic, I can honestly recommend this product to everyone. I am happy with this purchase.

Had very little effect. Alpha GPC concentration might be smaller here than advertised.Have used "clean" Alpha GPC from factory + from some other vendors (at 300mg), hence know what it should feel like.

Have been taking it for the last month with no noticeable improvement.
