I can't stress this enough, so I'm going to keep it short - and not blather:I had insomnia...HAD.I was losing my mind due to chronic insomnia, coupled with my other health conditions making my life impossible to live.I was using 6-8 benadryl and medical marijuana (drops AND vaping), along with l-theanine, magnesium, homeopathics (Calm Forte, Nerve Tonic, etc.)...still, I would only get two very spaced out sets of 2-3hr sleep windows. So, I'd be in bed for 14hrs, and sleep 4-6hrs total.I realized that it wasn't the lack of sleep but the psychoactive nature of benadryl and MMJ that was causing my severe psychological distress *read: delusions and intrusive thoughts*.I quit cold turkey with zero back up....I found this a week or two later, did my research (YouTube testimonials and ingredient checks), and decided it was worth a shot.First night: I slept the whole night. Our home changed completely - my husband and I were beyond blessed. I'm talking DEEP sleep that I couldn't get out of....Xanax didn't work this well, and prior that was a huge temptation (though, I never allowed it because I'm highly aware of the addictive nature, and it makes me weepy and increases my appetite exponentially).The dreams were too intense though, due to the deep sleep...so, I switched it up: 3/4 a pack of this, and one half stopper of Blush CBD oil, and I've not had one sleeping issue since:I fall asleep quickly, and even with the TV on, which is unheard of for me.I wake to pee? I go right back to sleep, without taking a thing - not even more of this. This used to keep me up, with high quality MMJ AND 2-3 benadryl, for another 3-6hrs (IF I got back to sleep at all...half the time it would turn into a zombie day).I wake up happy...no joke. I wake up happily after 7-10hrs. I've been using for a few weeks and there is no alteration in quality.To say that I am grateful and blessed us the understatement of the century. Thank God for this product and company (who is very considerate of their clientele). I pray this works for you too and that you get the rest you need. Prayers for you, just in general. A funny thought I keep having is: I'd use this over prescription, hands down, but especially on a flight! Can you believe that? I'd use it bar none over Xanax or Clonopin, easy.

Very disappointed in this product. I should have paid more attention to the negative reviews and the percentage on reviews. Learned the hard way that when almost 20% are 1 star that requires more research. This may work for others. I did feel that my mind was more clear in the morning, but the trade off was more than I could handle especially the last night I used it. I used it 4 nights in a row. The first 2 nights were ok although I had hoped I'd sleep for more than the usual 4 hours at a time. That didn't happen. The 3rd and 4th night I experienced a constant awaking every two hours with an intense thirst which to satisfy meant that I would be woke again for a bathroom run in 2 hours-that started a vicious cycle. Those next 2 mornings I was quite tired, clearly thinking but extremely tired. But the real deal breaker for me was on the 4th night when I experienced a night terror. I've had these off and on most of my life but for the most part they are triggered by an emotional trauma. Never before has a supplement triggered one of these. Big red flag in my world. When I have these I'm usually screaming, kicking and fighting-all in my sleep and completely unaware of what I'm doing. Of course when I'm wakened I'm terrified because I remember the terror vividly. My husband has learned how to wake me safely. I was so upset about this and so afraid I'd have another one, I got out of bed and spent the rest of the night on the sofa. I didn't take any more of these but the 5th night - no supplement taken- I experienced a smaller night terror. Thankfully, there have been no more since then. I never try more than 1 supplement at a time so I know these side effects were from this supplement. This suplement was very expensive and I'm very disappointed in its performance. One good thing out of this, I've learned that I need to do much more research into what I'm putting in my body.

This product actually delivers on its promises. It puts you to sleep fast, allows you to stay in deep REM sleep through the night, and you wake up refreshed with no grogginess. I have tried multiple products to help me sleep and stay asleep with varied results. I have not had uninterrupted sleep in many years. It feels amazing to have a good night's sleep again. This product really works!

Still in the early days but I am seeing triple time in REM according to my tracking ring. I do feel a difference.

Was very potent at first. After the first week this stuff wasn't as relaxing when after waking.

I was taking way too much legal THC to keep myself asleep, and WAY too much caffeine to wake me up. This combination led to short term memory problems, heart palpitations, and other side effects. ENTER Healthy Cell: REM Sleep, and Focus and Recall. I’m off everything I was taking to sleep and waking up, and this is all I use. I also take heart health, hair, skin, and nails, and joint health. I called the company with a couple of questions, and they answered everything with knowledge and kindness. This will be my vitamin company, from now on!
