Works for me
My husband is not supposed to lift anything heavier than a pencil due to cancer and an aortic aneurysm. So I am the one who has to lug huge boxes of cat litter, cat and dog food and groceries into the car from the cart and then out of the car and into the house. My left arm/elbow was killing me. I had tennis elbow 2 yrs ago from over using the leaf blower in the fall but that was in both arms and took months to heal without a brace. This works well for me. I'm not sure if I have applied it correctly but I know when I have it on and pulled tight, my elbow and arm feel much better and the pain is minimal. I have just had it 2 days so time will tell if it gets me over this condition sooner than my episode of 2 yrs ago went away.It seems well made and I like the fact that I can pin point the place on my arm that hurts and apply the pad there & then tighten. The price is right and with free prime shipping, I am a happy customer. The other reviewers helped me make the buying decision.

Great product
Over the years I have purchased quite a few different braces for tennis/golfer's elbow and this brace is very good. The largest I can get it to go is a bit of an extra tight fit but it still helps a lot and doesn't bother me while wearing the entire day. I do workout with weights and my forearms are probably a bit bigger than the average person if that helps when considering the size. Very good product, material seems high quality, and very pleased with the purchase.

Good for golfer's elbow
This is a very comfortable support brace with lighter support. I wanted something narrower than my 2" wide Futuro elbow support brace as it painfully cuts into my upper arm when I bend my elbow. This Bracoo support brace is about 1.25" wide in width. I'm glad my elbow isn't smaller than 8.75 inches in diameter as it would be difficult to make this tighter because the rubber logo "Bracoo" covers up precious vecro attachment space. My wider Futuro brace is uncomfortable for longer periods of time but is better for more heavy duty activity, lifting weights, and driving the car. The Bracoo is more comfortable for all day wear at home and it doesn't hurt when I bend my elbow. I like that the Bracoo has a metal buckle instead of plastic. It appears to be made very well, but I've only had it for a few days and time will tell how long the velcro and overall stretch will last.

It is comfortable and applies enough pressure to keep the tendons where ...
I have a connective tissue disorder and I have issues with both elbows as they have both been broken. So from time to time I end up with tennis elbow. I had purchased a different brace prior to this one and it really did not seem to help. It was a different design and did not apply any pressure to the tendons. I read the reviews on this and figured it was worth a try. It does what it is intended to do. It is comfortable and applies enough pressure to keep the tendons where they are supposed to be. It is adjustable and I have fairly large forearms and it fit well. The foam on the inside that holds the tendons in place is nice. It does not cause skin irritation and it bounces back once it is removed. Design is nice and it is discreet rather than wearing a whole elbow brace. Good for hot climates as it is small and does not cover a lot of skin area. Would purchase again if it wears out or gets lost.

These bands were comfortable but because of the elasticity I found it hard to get sufficient pressure with them. I have tried four different brands of these bands. The Mueller Hg80 gave me good support but because of the way it is made I found it pinched my skin whenever I got it to the point where it was tight enough to give me the support I wanted. So that became very annoying. The BandIT gave me excellent support but was just not comfortable for long periods of time, partly because it had pads on the top and the bottom. The best one I tried was the LW. It was not only comfortable but gave me excellent support as well. The support pad on the LW provided just the right firmness to put the proper pressure on the top of my elbow. The LW appears to be virtually identical to the SIMIEN band other than the pressure pad being red instead of blue, but it is half the price. So unless I can find something better, the LW is the one I would recommend.

WOW! It's comfortable and it actually works!
I have tendonitis from years of smashing tennis balls, and hammering into concrete doing construction in Florida. My elbow can get inflamed easily, and when it does - if I grip something, or squeeze something, it sends pain all the way down my forearm to my elbow. I've tried full elbow supports and found them uncomfortable, and sweaty. Plus they didn't stop the pain. This strap applies pressure right where I need it. On the muscle that hurts, that in turn irritates my elbow. I've worn it for 24 hours now and the pain and stiffness is almost completely gone (which I've had for over a month now) and I can touch my elbow which was inflamed yesterday and there's no pain whatsoever. Plus it's comfortable - you hardly know you're wearing it. Be sure to make it snug (but not too tight), and position the pressure pad directly to the forearm muscle right before it reaches your elbow. You can feel the muscle move if you place your opposite hand over the forearm that aches and clench and unclench your fist. I hope you have as good results as I'm getting!
