Hanes womens Silk Reflections Control Top Toeless Ultra Sheer Pantyhose With Run-resist

LOVE everything about these nylons. I always enjoyed having a glowing tan but in my 30s I want to avoid sun damage, & I dislike the maintanence of self/spray tans. I’m happy with my lighter skin tone these days but legs are ALWAYS much lighter (even with a tan, legs just don’t get as dark). I was looking for a sheer, subtle nylon/tight that would give me subtle darker color & be a nice “blur” effect to cover any skin irritation, bumps, etc., that I could wear with skirts, shorts, or anything that shows leg that I would ordinarily wear without tights. Tried so many, & the colors were always still too light or way too dark. Found these and I am OBSESSED. Perfect subtle color I’ve been searching for (I’m pale but have an olive skin tone & the Natural color blends well with my own color without being too pink-based). So sheer they have that perfect subtle “blur effect” but still show birthmarks or bruises so it looks like a filter without being obviously tights, & the open toe adds to the effect that I’m wearing nothing at all (I swear people are surprised every time I tell them I’m wearing something on my skin). They fit so seamlessly that once they are on it’s difficult to get a grip on the fabric to pull away from my legs. Like any sheer nylon tights, they can easily tear, but if you’re careful with putting them on they are surprisingly durable & don’t get snagged easily—however, I do always order 2 so I have a back-up (I did tear my first pair while putting them on because of my long nails). HIGHLY recommend! I have already ordered more!

I got these to wear with sandals and a tea-length grandmother-of-the-bride dress. I ordered 2 other pair from different companies so I could choose the ones I like best. These were just right. The feel, fit, and color were perfect for me. I am 5'4 and weigh 128. I have a fair complexion. These added just enough color and cover to my legs, but they didn't look too dark for my overall complexion. I ordered another pair to take with me to the destination wedding just in case I got a run.

Unsure of the color, I bought natural and bisque. Bisque made me look like a ghost (more than I already do) but natural gave me a nice tan! You can’t even tell I’m wearing them (see pic). However these things snag sooo easily! I got a hole in my bisque ones by catching my heel on them. And then another when my dog jumped on me. I still have my natural ones, and have worn them more than once. It takes time to put them on because I’m so careful with it. It makes my legs look amazing though so I take the time to wear them! The fit is great. There is a butt lift material on top. It feels fine and gives more security. make sure you have your whole butt in it and it’s not flattening out your butt! I didn’t notice the first time I wore them and had a pancake.

After reading reviews about easy tearing, I purchased two pairs just in case. But there was no tearing putting them on, nor after wearing them for several hours and then taking them off. I can get another use out of them. Just be careful (watch your nails) and make sure you have the correct size and they're not too small. I'm 5'4", wear a size 16 and bought size E/F. They aren't tights and can't be put on like them, much more fragile. I ordered the natural color and no one realized I had them on, they don't look heavy. Not sure about covering leg imperfections, I was more concerned about my pale legs. I also think if you have spaghetti thin, strappy sandals, they might not work in hiding the hose toe part.

I have probably written like 5 reviews in 10 years but these definitely warranted one. I bought these to wear under a dress for an event in another state and of course only brought the one pair not thinking that they would rip apart while putting on. I assumed they might get a run some time throughout the night because that seems to be typical but I didn’t even get a chance to wear them. I bought a size up because I was in between sizes so they definitely weren’t too small. But as I was pulling them on I noticed how flimsy they were and sheer is definitely an understatement. As I was pulling them up to my hips, the area between the leg and the beginning of the control top just completely ripped open. It was like 6 inches of my thigh exposed and my dress had a slit up the side so there was no way I could pull these off. And it was 30 minutes before the even so I didn’t have time to run out for another pair. I threw them out that night so of course can’t return them now and completely wasted like $11 or whatever crazy amount I paid thinking that they would at least last one evening. Save your money and buy a different kind!! Even if they hadn’t immediately ripped apart, they were still trash.

I love the sheerness of the stockings. It look like I wasn't even wearing them. I love the toeless feature because I wanted my nail polish to show. It made the blemishes disappear. I put them in ice water and froze them for a few days and I really think that helped with the durability because I didn't have any kind of rips when I wore them.

I really like the toeless feature, but I have to be very careful not to make a pull or hole in the hose because it is so thin.

These look so natural and were great for my graduation ceremony. They started to get itchy towards the end of the day but other than that I would highly recommend! Can’t get over how my legs look in this pic 😍
