For softer ingredients, but good!
I used my mini chopper for the first time today. I made the cream cheese/sundried tomatoes/chives spread for my crackers. I cut up the moist tomato halves and thoroughly softened the cream cheese. It worked pretty well, but didn't grind the tomatoes completely. Which isn't a problem for me. I won't mind if my hummus isn't totally smooth, either. I enjoy it that way. It is powerful, easy to operate. It's a little loud, but again so is my smoothie blender, and coffee grinder. It sounds like a power drill to me, lol. It's a decent price for a 3 cup chopper. Being a chef, I know better to ask too much of it. I would leave nuts to my food processor, etc. I am very happy with it and it tucks away easy. It looks nice. It made my dip and I'm happy. Tomorrow I'm going for hummus. I have a feeling it will come out just great. It's awesome having a 3 cup for the holidays, too. I can whip up a few different small batch dips on the fly. Oh, I'd probably watch out for certain dried fruits. It might work fine, the motor is pretty strong. The blade is attached to a heavy plastic base. Use care.

Good for small batches.
Good for small batches. Canister broke within 3 weeks, maybe my kids dropped it, I don't know. Getting a replacement from company was easy process.

Very convenient when you want to quick chop stuff
I typically use this to chop leftover chicken to make chicken salad . I also like it to chop garlic cloves and carrots. It's very convenient and fast. It seems to work best when there is only a little bit of food in it. Too much and it cannot chop everything uniformly...you'll end up with lots of little pieces and a few large pieces that stay on top. If you keep trying to chop those bigger pieces, the little ones will become minced. :)I like my little chopper very much!

never hand chop garlic again
This mini chopper is great for small tasks like chopping garlic. I originally bought it to chop vegetables for soup, but after using it a few times, I got irritated with how many times o had to fill and chop that I just dig out my larger chopper for that task. This does come in handy for small tasks like garlic, ginger or shallots and it can handle a small onion. If you’re looking for more than that, get a bigger chopper to save yourself from constantly emptying it.

Box came damaged but works OK
It's rather small but it seems to work OK. It's my first one so idk if it's supposed to cut stuff super small or not but I like it like that so it works. Only thing I'm not fond of, so far, is it's a push down to chop so you can't push a button and let it go, you must hold it down the entire time. Not much noise and easy to clean (careful of the blades) so overall it's a good machine. Only used it a few times so far so we'll see how it goes when it's used more often.
