Great toothpaste
I like this toothpaste very much. The flavor is not too intense. I like to stay away from fluoride and ingredients like that. I really wanted to try something a bit more natural. This toothpaste was exactly what I was looking for.

Best natural toothpaste that works
No more burning on the tongue, no peeling off of the oral mucosa, no overpowering and hours long minty 'freshness", which is obviously not natural. Nothing sugary, nothing harsh; it is a plain, natural paste that really whitens the teeth on day-to-day stains, with a very well balanced taste (I picked the mint flavor). No artificial thing, taste, sensations, etc. lingers in the mouth afterwards. Perfect! The con is...very expensive...

Pleasant surprise
After reading other reviews, I didn't know what to expect. My toothbrush hasn't turned brown, the taste is quite pleasant, and it seems to clean the teeth well. I am hoping that it will help reduce plaque build up, time will tell on that. I used some Crest one night after using the TheraNeem for a couple of weeks, and was surprised at how "sharp" it tasted. I will keep using the TheraNeem. I like that it doesn't have fluoride in it.

Works Great!
I have good checkups, hardly any plaque. I wear a night-guard and it keeps my teeth really clean, no overnight buildup.

Took care of inflammation
Felt pain in a molar. Dentist replaced an old filling. Several weeks later, more pain...grew worse than before. Really hurt. They said there was a 'abscess' - infection - and I needed a root canal. Did the infection start with a filling that had started to fall out, or because bacteria got in when the filling was replaced? Hard to say. Although the dentist was careful, spraying a special anti-bacterial solution when he worked, he said bacteria can still get in and cause an infection. It could have been one or more.I brush my teeth several times a day & floss regularly.Root canal? Not covered by my insurance & would cost several thousand dollars. Either that, or have the tooth pulled. Not good... Dentist prescribed a strong antibiotic to have at home in case I woke up one morning with the side of my face swollen...Did research. Started rinsing several times a day & at night with warm salt water. Also, put a slice of raw garlic next to tooth, between gum & inner cheek of mouth - every night for about 20 mins. No swallowing - absorbs bacteria - spit out & rinse with warm salt water. Great - helped a lot. Swelling went down, but pain still there.More research.....Knew that 'Neem' has been used for many thousands of years for healing.Read all the reviews on the current neem toothpastes...many with not-so-good for us ingredients. This one stood out with the best reviews. After several weeks of using exclusively, ie. no more garlic or salt water -There is no more swelling or inflammation and although there is a little sensitivity with hot and cold liquids....It doesn't hurt to bite down. The tooth & surrounding area feels fine. I don't even think about it any more. Never used antibiotic. As long as I can buy this brand - "TheraNeem Herbal Toothpaste (mint) by Theraneem Organix" - This is my toothpaste for life!
