I read the ingredients and it seemed to satisfy many vegetables and more. As a nurse it’s the most excellent protein veggie powder I found. I mix it with my almond milk. It tastes great I love it. I use it daily. I often see elsewhere people complaining of taste. I can’t taste anything annoying. Do not worry about taste.I sometimes mix with berries, water, an apple and a little milk or just with milk. It all tastes good and even with water it tastes good if I want to stretch it out at the end it tastes so good.

Update 9/12/2024: The only way I can drink this is by making a smoothie with 1 scoop of the Protein and Greens and 1 scoop of Premier Protein Powder (any flavor), 1 cup liquid of choice and about 5-7 ice cubes. The protein and greens powder is not sweet enough, so the Premier Protein balances the sweetness. I like to add 2 Tbsp cocoa powder, too.I have been drinking this for a few weeks now and, if you are the least bit of a picky eater, you may not be able to tolerate this. It's supposed to be chocolate flavor, but I can't taste the chocolate in it and it is not sweet enough. All of the other ingredients that are supposed to be healthy for you cover up the flavor.Pros:This protein powder seems to have a lot of veggies and amino acids.Cons:Chalky and tastes bad when mixed with water.I would mix it with the almond milk and, if you need more sweetener, add a little liquid stevia or something.The bottom line - I probably won't buy it again.

Best protein powder found after hours of scrolling on Amazon. I was looking for plant based and it's flabbergasting how many different brands include "natural flavors" and stevia or monkfruit. There are many reasons to not use those sweeteners. Mine are that stevia, alot of the time, usually contains erythritol (not good). Monkfruit I've always been iffy about and I don't like the taste. Just give me plain sugar or allulose! THIS IS THE ONE THAT CHECKS THE BOXES. I mean, only 5g of sugar, so sure, it tastes bland, but I am now in control of what sweeteners I add to my protein! Buy a sweet milk or maple syrup or something... This also is very finely ground powder. No graininess and no clumps when I mix! It's amazing. Definitely keeping this on circulation.

This is a great protein powder but I’m alway disappointed in the amount of powder in each container. The container is fairly large but the quantity of powder they place in there is about half its size only 19.40 oz. Other protein powders comparable in size have a great net weight 30+oz but this one cost almost the same and even more. I don’t think the company does its customers service in the quantity of powder when looking at cost. When I use mine consecutively, I get maybe two weeks worth of use which is awful for the amount. It should cover me at least a month.

This was perfect for me and the growing infant inside me, I would mix it with chocolate keto collagen powder. It kept me going in the mornings and baby growing. The only thing is I wish there was a little less sweetness and a smoother consistency. Other than that it's a quick and easy way to consume all your nutrients.

I bought the lightly sweet option because usually I like to add things like this to my smoothies or coffee or things like that and I don’t like to add extra sweetness. When I first got it, I tried a cup on its own just to see what it would taste like and it’s really not sweet at all. Probably wouldn’t recommend drinking it straight. The ingredients seemed decent and I like that there’s no dairy. I am lactose intolerant and it’s hard to find a good non-dairy based protein powder.
