Looked great on my daughter for Halloween and she's been wearing them ever since . She was very happy. Would fit a child and an adult with small arms.

Item came as specified. Looks like it does in the picture and fits snug. Only complaint is that there were a lot of loose threads on the hem. Had these for a week or two now and the hemming on one has practically all come out. Overall, not bad for the price.
