I have been taking these along with turmeric tablets and can honestly say I feel more energetic. I have not been able to lose any weight over 3 years no matter how hard I try. I have lost 11lb since 21st September so can only think it is helping with my metabolism. Came off for a week when unwell but felt so much better when I started taking them. Ordered for my daughter aswell as the turmeric tablets. They smell funny but you get used to it and easy to swallow.

The media could not be loaded. Not a full 5* review. I find the tablets quite hard to swallow even though they are quite small. The surface breaks down quite quickly and sticks in the throat. I cannot comment on the ingredients but assume they are beneficial. I will continue to take until used up.
