Great!
I am already enjoying this great addition to the sewing room. Wish I'd thought of it years ago. This particular version has many adjustments, is lightweight enough to move easily but sturdy enough to be handled, and can be further adjusted with a handy add-on set of shaped pads. If there's a drawback, I would say it does seem expensive; however, by comparison to the other available models that are less versatile, I decided to pay the price and am glad to have it.

Makes such a difference!
I love this dress form! I make and alter costumes for a local theater company, so having a variety of sizes on my dress form was a must. The dials are hard to turn, but worth it to have multiple sizes. It's lightweight and easy for me to put in the backseat of my car without disassembling. A few notes: The numbers on the dials don't always match what the measuring tape says. So I always double check with my tape and adjust as needed. There is a pin cushion near the neck -- it's a type of foam -- but it pops out whenever I remove the pin. I plan to glue it in place. The dress form itself is pinnable so it's not necessary to have the pin cushion. Keep in mind that because it's adjustable, there are gaps that can make pinning to the form a little challenging. For example, you can't really pin at center front or center back but instead to the right and left of the center openings. If I was looking for a dress form only to make clothing for myself, I would likely get a form that did not have the dials because it would be easier to use for one size only.

Plus size mannequin
I had no problems setting it up. Easy. I gave it a 4 out of 5 star only because I could only find two mannequins to choose from for my plus size and that was disappointing. All the mannequin i found on line were alittle bit under my measurements so i had to find larger and could only find 2 to choose from,And the prices changed "much higher". Also some of the reviews were not that promising. And since the price is a jump for the larger ones and only a few to choose from Reviews said the dials were hard to turn. I took my chance and ordered this one. I had no problems at all. (Read directions how to set the dials.) DO NOT try to turn one dial all at once to your desired size. turn a dial just a little bit and than go to the next dial and turn that one a little bit than go to the next and repeat till you get your desired measurements. It went very smooth and very easy. It twirls ( spins) around smoothly. And the legs are sturdy with a sturdy stand. It has a height adjustment, and when set to desired height it can be easily tighten with a screw knob n it is secure. The whole thing together is not heavy, but can easily be picked up n moved, but heavy and sturdy enough to stay up without falling or wobbly, and it swings around smoothly ( without falling or tipping.) mannequin is a light gray in color, which is nice. And it is a firm cushioned form on each panel (or piece) so it works nicely. . It is very easy and simple to set up. Read the few simple and easy direction ( or follow the pictures.) The Reviews that I read that had some issues or problems, might have been from forcing it to open or close too much at one time. Do little adjustments at a time with "all "dials at a time, not just one at a time Its a Dress form mannequin, and it is nice. I'm pleased with the product, but i feel it is a bit over priced compared to a regular sized mannequin, which only widdens a few inches more. Hopefully I can update later in near future after I have had used it.

I like it and use it a lot.
I do really like this dress form because it most certainly helps me customize to my clients various shapes. Saving me time and energy. The only draw back is that you can't push you push pin straight in, you have to pin at an angle. And my pole kept sliding down even at its tightest, once I started using heavier fabric. And the adjustments knobs can be a little difficult to turn.

Works great
Slowly turn the dials bit by bit. Don’t try to adjust one button all the way at once.

Cloth over thin plastic, not sturdy.
The product isn’t terrible, but I took off two stars because 1) It isn’t worth over $200, and 2) I was sent used or damaged parts with mine.I was going back and forth between this dress form and another with the same amount of adjustments that was half the price. They both had decent reviews, but many on the less expensive product claimed it was hard to pin because it was “fabric over thin plastic”. So many people in dress form reviews kept going back to Dritz. So I decided to split my payments and get the more expensive “quality” option. My order arrived, and much to my surprise…the body is…thin plastic covered with fabric. It will be just as hard to pin as the one that was half the price! And I would not describe the stand as “sturdy” so I wouldn’t choose it for a better stand either.A couple pros: The color isn’t obnoxious like some forms, it adjusts well, and it does its job, so it will help me sew clothes for myself and my daughter without us having to try them on 1,000 times haha. Make sure to use a measuring tape because the adjustments aren’t 100% true to size.I’m just going to keep it because I don’t want to deal with the hassle of returning a large package, but I should have bought the cheaper one!

Wish I had gotten one earlier.
I have sewn for years and never had a dress form. I splurged and am very happy with it. The adjustment knobs work well.
