I used to take hydrochlorothiazide as a diuretic for poor circulation due to some heart issues. Then there was a huge recall on it due to some carcinogens found in it. I tried some other caffeine free supplements but they didn’t work well. This stuff works as good as the prescription meds and the electrolyte pills that come with it are a smart inclusion and help keep the foot cramps away. I highly recommend this stuff.

Didn't do a thing for me. Rather than waste money on stuff like this (with disclaimers up the yin yang), better a prescription for a real diuretic that works AND you can figure out if you actually need it. Remember, water is necessary in your system for everything - shedding it to look 'less fat' is temporary and bad for your overall digestive system and kidneys.

I just got the product and took 2 capsules, plus the mineral intake. It worked very well andi also like that it came with the mineral supplement so that you are replacing what you had lost. Great product, would buy it again. I take these cause I love salt, but my body doesn't.

Since I work out regularly the mineral supplements give me the mercy I need to exercise. I will be buying these again! No side effects at all!

This is an amazing product .Tried everything to stop fullness and bloating .I saw these on Amazon and thought why not give them a try .After taking for a few days I was amazed how my stomach flattened back to normal .Nit sure how they work ,but they work beautifully .I don’t feel self conscious in my form formatting fashions and I feel better too .lTrying is believing.

I purchased this product and used as described. I immediately started to swell up in my hands and feet. No matter how much water I was drinking or exercised. It was horrible. I tested it out for a few weeks, it definitely is not for me. I do not have any medical conditions or concerns that would cause an adverse reaction like this. Just be careful with this product.
