Good quality and I can notice the effects. Dissolves well and ok taste.

The initial taste is not great but if you take it with orange juice you won’t notice. It’s not like fish oil where you kinda taste it after it breaks down in your belly. At least if you take it with food you probably won’t notice either. Not hard to swallow. The price is kind of high for me, but I’d say worth it to try to see how it works. Mushrooms have so many medicinal benefits it’s really amazing. I really like this product for the mental focus it gives me. I believe I have undiagnosed ADHD and have not been able to get medicated for that (also not sure I’d want to with the stuff they prescribe for it) So I decided to try this as an herbal supplement/natural medicinal alternative and it seems to work well. This along with my anti-depressants has given me more mental clarity, cleared the brain fog out, laser sharp mental focus at work, and also I do feel my body detox after taking this. It will help more with mental health, focus and clarity and just over all well-being. So far so good and I would definitely purchase this product again.

The product is great the taste is so nasty, OM does try to micro grind it so it seems to dissole but it does not all disolve. I put it in a cup of strong coffee and I can get it down but that last swallow will make you or break you. If you have a weak stomach you definatley want to buy some empty capsules and a small funnel. I saw very evident improvement in my memory and cognitive function with in the 1st week so I think it is very much worth dealing with the taste.

En verdad le puedo decir que este producto me ha devuelto mi energía vital que antes me hacía falta. Vasta con tomar una pastilla antes de cada almuerzo es suficiente. Incluso, mi falta de sueño fue corregido a través de este producto. Lo seguiré usando pues consta de 180 cápsulas qué debe ser consumido en los próximos 60 días. Ya le seguiré brindado datos. Ah! Se me olvidaba mencionar que también me trabajo con la memorización de compromisos que nunca lograba guardar en mi mente. Gracias a Amazon por mantener un producto tan ideal para todas las edades.

I felt very nauseous and had a bad headache the entire time I took this. I tried for a week but couldn't do it any longer. I had started taking Lion's Mane with a different brand that didn't do that. When I ran out of that brand, I tried this one. This brand seems popular so I was disappointed I couldn't continue to take it. I can't say whether it worked or not and this could be only my reaction to it so I'm not saying it's a bad product. It could be fine for you.

When I ran out of this product I felt a change in my memory. Once I started again I felt my memory improve.
