other protein powders will make me break out in acne as well as drinking pasteurized milk. i bought this expecting it to make me break out but my body didn't. then i started eating it alot to see if it finally would give me skin a bad reaction. no reaction at all. this will be my third bag buying of this. and i kind of want to try another protein powder but this one is the safest option for me. i dont know what it is. if its processed at low temperatures has something to do with it and maybe its just a marketing term. i dont feel this protein fuels my muscles as well as other protein or give me more energy but it makes my skin stable. then again a serving is 5 tablespoons so your servings might differ. wish it came with a scoop for almost 90 dollars... but you can just buy a cheap scoop to put .

We use a LOT of protein powder-- ~ 5lbs a month, and this has become one of our go-to products (National Team athletes). The price is fair, especially for a grass-fed product, and it is high-quality and clean-- no additives, flavors, sweeteners, or emulsifiers in the Plain version. I use this daily in protein shakes of all sorts (pre-workout, meal replacement, recovery, pre-sleep) and having something without fake flavoring or sweeteners gives me all sorts of flexibility to make things work for my tastes and purposes. We also use this to bake with, as it is very neutral in flavor and works well in healthier bars, brownies, etc. It smells clean and fresh, like a milk protein should, and does not have added sugar. Calories are in line with other non-flavored whey powders. Be aware that because this whey has no added ingredients and does not use emulsifiers or lecithins, it does require a blender bottle or mixer to blend fast. If you don't use a blender bottle or mixer, you can put it in the water/ liquid, give it a stir and let it sit for 5-10 minutes, and it will be easier to mix in.But that's a very small issue, especially considering how well this protein powder works and how clean it is. If you like the fancier flavors like Belgian Chocolate or Birthday Cake, then this is not the product for you (unless of course you are blending your own flavors :-D). But if you want something clean, pure, high quality, and fairly priced-- this is the one.

Very good . Doesn't upset my stomach . Since I'm older noticed my muscles disappearing all of a sudden . Now my muscles are coming back just with this ! We need more protein when we get older and we dont absorb protein as well from food . I put it in greek yogurt and stir it up until it's smooth. Then I add some allulose and frozen blueberries. Taste great that way to me .

The product is fantastic. I use the whey every day and it blends smoothly and tastes great in my smoothies. The huge problem is that the package does not fully reseal and so I have to put 5 clips along the top to even seal it. That gets tiresome. I assume many other buyers will not want to go through taking off 5 clips and putting them on again every day use.... So I assume the product will fail so I bought a lot now so I have a stock. Too bad that a simple packaging problem could well sink an excellent product.

I mix this with either Greek yogurt or coconut milk, plus fruit, stevia and ground flaxseed. It mixes just fine and tastes great. It also dissolves in milk very easily in a shaker bottle.I had been looking for an additive-free, grass-fed protein powder for a while due to concerns about emulsifiers and gut health. This is the one. I honestly don't understand why most protein powders have emulsifiers if pure whey dissolves this easily.If you're looking for a healthy alternative to the flavored, additive-laden stuff, get this.

Tastes great because for once I can't tell what it tastes like. Protein powder manufacturers try too hard to make whey taste good, when all you have to do is do nothing to the taste and it tastes just fine. Added a scoop to some milk and I couldn't taste much difference, which is great!Speaking of scoop, I was a little disappointed that there is no scoop included in the bag. Kinda ironic because the serving size is supposed to be "1 scoop" but theres no way to tell how big the scoop is supposed to be unless you use a kitchen scale to weigh it, which is exactly what I did.Clumps up if added to a glass, so I'd definitely recommend a shaker cup or a a blender. But thats all protein as far as I've tried. Also tends to froth, which is also normal and doesn't bother me.

The people that leave poor reviews complaining that the powder doesn't instantly dissolve into a liquid are the same people who eat Suzie Q's and appreciate a very brightly colored artificial snack.

Good quality protein. Blends well in a smoothie. Great value. I mix a scoop with a flavored protein, or in a fruit smoothie. Not undrinkable on it's own but it's unsweetened and unflavored. The smell took getting used to. Overall, I recommend. Purchased this multiple times.
