Works perfectly!
The media could not be loaded. This clear acrylic box works perfectly. Originally purchased for my betta, but the other fish had fry, so now it's a nursery (and the betta is enjoying the big tank much better). It arrived with one of the connecting arms broken so the rubber band won't stay put (pictured), but the box stays well put together with all other connection arms intact. It comes with 3 suction cups- I removed the 3rd one for an unobscured view, and it stay to the glass without slidding/detaching, even under the weight of rocks, and plants. It is just under 12 inches long by 6 inches tall, and 6 inches deep. You have to remove the frosted, plastic film from both** sides of every piece before assembling. Originally, I blocked the view of all other fish by simply cutting a white plastic folder divider (pictured), to size and slid it into place within the box. I then placed it over the air stone to provide oxygenated water to the fish, and also positioned it near the filter outflow so the water is constantly being renewed through the tiny holes in the sides. When divided into 3 compartments each one is just under 4 inces by 6 inches tall and 6 inches deep. Overall, I highly recommend this acrylic box. It works great, stays put, and is really spacious for your fishy friends♡

Using for Betta Display
So far assembly was okay. Looks like it’s made in China but isn’t everything made in China? Like others have said, there could have been better instructions. If you’re a logical thinker, it’s easy to figure it out even with just the pictures provided. That one review that shows expectations vs reality, you can clearly see you didn’t peel off the plastic. Reality is reality, it’s clear. If yours look foggy it’s because you didn’t peel the plastic on both side. Mine came not broken, but I accidentally broke the lid hinge, but a little super glue makes it all good. Using this for a beta tank/display on my 50 gallon tank. Fits perfectly. Will update my review if it breaks. Might buy a second one for a second betta.

Worried about quality
Its quality is poor, its function is good but its workmanship is poor, and it also receives bad products.

Very Large Breeder
This breeder is a nice size, but putting it together was a pain. Every single piece has a plastic film that has to be removed from both sides, and getting it off is not easy. The assembly instructions are a little unclear as to how to attach the brackets, but I figured that out. Seems sturdy at first, but it relies on rubber bands to secure the sections together, and we all know how long rubber bands last in water, so that may be an issue. The brackets stick up pretty far when in the tank, and may be an issue with closing tops.

Large with good suction
It was the largest one I could find because I wanted it for a pair of guppys I have in my 40 gallon tank. Seemed they were always just floating on the top of the water with no life. I know guppies have babies often and I never saw any. The other fish must have eaten them So I created their own little tank with this with grass and a few decorations and attached it to the inside of my tank. The assembly and instructions were a little vague and an insert broke off while I was assembling it. However, the suction cups are really good as you can screw them tight (I wish other companies used these suction cups).

Best breeding box so far
I know there are some caveats to this product but for the price, it's worth it. I've spent more than that on crappy breeding nets with flimsy tank hooks that break if you sneeze and that I've had to jerryrig it back to working condition with twist ties. This product is none of that. It is sturdy and beautiful. And, I can see my babies! Quite frankly, it doesn't need the hooks since the water level usually never gets low enough to use it and the suction cups work great, so I may end up just removing them. I'm not quite sure if you can see the suction cups but it's not those simple ones that lose hold after some time. They are the screw nut suction cups. Since there are 3 and strategically positioned, the box stays put. Yes, you do have to put your hand in the water to adjust the box/suction cups as the water level falls. When I clean my tank, I move it to as low as it can go without my babies swimming out. And then as I put water back in, I move it back up. This is much better than the net breeders where I can't adjust the height at all and have to move my babies out to clean the tank. You might not be able to see it from the picture, but I removed the walls so the automatic feeder feed all the babies when I was away on vacation. Luckily, I didn't have big mommies that would eat their babies so it worked out. One last note, the lid works for keeping large fish in but there's a gap when under water, so if you are keeping babies, the top of the box has to always be above water level. One thing that I do wish it had is that little grill and space for the babies to go through so the mommas don't eat their own before I can fish them out. Not a ding on this box since most other boxes are the same but it would be a great option to have so that once the momma is moved to another compartment to rest, the grill can be removed and the babies have space to swim.
