Someone said in the comments that this mct oil contains 30% lauric acid and i would like to know if that's true or not? lauric acid is c12, correct?

What are the benefits of lauric acid? the brand i'm using now (nutiva) has none, but significantly more c8:0 and c10:0 per tbsp than this brand.
