I had a small mouse die under my dishwasher and even after he was removed and the area was bleached, the smell was HORRIFIC! I couldn’t stand to be in my kitchen, let alone consider eating there! As a last resort I went online searching for something dog safe that would remove the absolute stench in my kitchen when I stumbled across this product. Never in a million years would I have thought this small bag of power could reduce the smell that not even bleach could kill……BUT IT DID!!!!!! I got the product this morning, put it out and now at 5pm the smell is 85% gone!!!!!!!!! I’m over the moon and convinced that by tomorrow the smell will be gone. Do not hesitate if you are fighting the smell of death….buy this miracle product!!!!! You’ll thank me later! I will say in fairness that I put it in a cabinet next to my dishwasher where the smell was most concentrated. I do not know if this would work as well in a larger, more open area, but I would definitely recommend trying it!

I had a dead rat in the attic. Cleaned it out, bleached and later cloroxed but smell persisted. I ordered this pouch and put it at the exact spot. This product was zero help. I have no idea how it gets such great reviews. Complete waste of money.

This thing is MAGIC. I did my research before buying anything to elimate this HORRENDOUS smell from my son’s room. A rat likely died in the walls in his room and we have aired the room for 2 weeks and placed baking soda everywhere. Nothing worked. I opened this bag, left it where the smell came from, within 2-3 hours - bad smells are completely gone and my son is finally back in his room, fast asleep, after 2/3 long weeks. Reusable, non-toxic and super earth-friendly? Shoot… run, don’t walk and get this thang quick.

I don't do reviews. But I had to let people know about this. I'm a real person from dallas tx. I've had a rat (big rat not mice) issue. I've put poison out for them and many of them unfortunately have died in hard to reach places. I ordered 3 of these. I put 2 in different places on the floor where the rats have died underneath the flooring. The only way to get to the dead rodents is to tear up the floor.These came in last night and I put them out right away. It has been less than 24 hours and the smell already has diminished immensely. Almost completely gone. I was extremely skeptical but these really surprised me and I'm so happy because I was desperate. They are pricey. So I was super worried about it working and spending that much on some small bags. They are rather small than what I thought they were going to be. But they do the job. I shook the bag and cut the piece of tape that held them close so I could open them up. So when I placed them, I did leave them standing up opened up. I think this has really helped. I'm hoping that within the next 24 hours the smell is completely gone.The only reason why I put a one star on the scent rating is because it does not have a scent. It's a Grey and black powder but it has no smell.

We purchased this to eliminate odor from dead rat in basement. It did nothing to eliminate the odor at all and certainly was not worth the money.

I had to clean out an old house that I inherited that had dead animal smell as well as an earthy moldy smell. I purchased several of these and placed one in each room. It was amazing how fast and how effectively this product worked. I am so pleased with the results and would recommend to others. The fact that they can be "recharged" just by placing out in the sun is an added bonus.

The smell is so bad with dead mouse in my downstairs.. i sat three pouches around the worse areas and set a fan in window on exhaust as well as a fan to push air into the room for extra circulation!! The smell is still very bad and no change AT ALL after the pouches/bags sitting out for more than 6 hoursDoes NOT work as others have stated! I spent a lot for three pouches for it NOT to work! Reviews are sooo wrong when they say it does work

Recently a rat start making a house between my RV walls and the sub floor, the smells was horrible and I decided to evacuate everybody including myself. I found this pouch which I bought it with a lot of hesitation and desperation and as soon as I placed it next to the wall (where I suspected the animal used as a bathroom) the odor started disappearing in hours, and the next day when I came back it was 95% gone. Today I am closing all the windows for more effectiveness.By the way, we had already gotten rid of the rat and sealed all possible entrances for about a week, so this is why I started using the product. I never leave reviews, but I am so amazed about this product that I want to reassure it works very well for me.
