Great affirmations for adults. Some affirmations use curse words. I purchased it under the recommendation for my kid.

Bought this as a gift and it looks nice, seems like a thoughtful item. I don’t appreciate the peeled back adhesive on the product. Seems like it’s not truly “new” like it’s a resale of this item. Details matter.UPDATE: I was really REALLY disappointed when I decided to open the box and saw that the pouch that holds the cards was already defective. Huge letdown. I hate to give a gift that’s already problematic. Surprised to see that the cards are actually sealed.

I love these cards and am super glad I purchased them. Here are the things I like best:1. The cards really are good in terms of being morning mantras. They help you to focus on an activity or attitude that, if carried thru the day, can make your life as well as the lives of those around you, brighter, easier, and more joy-filled.2. They do not contain a bunch of stupid platitudes, but a focus activity or attitude couched in light humor.3. The card stock is lovely. Thick so the cards do not easily bend, and with a lovely texture that you enjoy having in your hands.4. The art is kinda cute. Not museum quality or anything, but uplifting and ‘happy’.5. The box had a flip cover and magnetic side strip so that you can keep your cards in good condition indefinitely.My only complaint about these cards is that there are not more of them. I believe there are only about 31 cards. Worth the price, I believe. But I sure wish I had more of them to rotate thru. Toward that end, I just purchased the ‘At Work’ box. I use these in my office at work anyway (have a card right under my computer screen all day) so having both boxes will help keep the ideas fresh.If your goal is to be a more positive person, I highly recommend these cards.

I gave it as a birthday present to my friend and she loved it.It gives a nice touch and the mantra's are inspirational.
