Not Boric Acid it is borax, they are different chemicals
This product is not Boric acid, it is borax (Sodium tetraborate) which is a completely different chemical, and therefore not suitable for killing cockroaches.Unfortunately, this is a non returnable item

Very disappointing quality
Price too high with worst quality. Disappointing experience as I couldn’t return it after 15 days of receiving. Amazon should discontinue this product as it diminishes Amazon image also in my eyes. I am US Citizen accustomed of buying from Amazon. Recently started purchases from Amazon.in & felt cheated.
