Detoxes Body/Relieves Joint & Muscle Pain
Dead Sea salt is amazing and this product is awesome! It's full of nutrients and 21 benefical minerals that heal and detox your body, while relieving joint and muscle pain, achiness, soreness and tension. It softens, hydrates and cleanses your skin, opens up your pores and increases circulation. It truly makes a difference in your body and health condition, particularly if you suffer from mental, emotional and/or physical pain and distress. This Dead Sea Salt is perfect for bath soak blends and body scrubs, with other beneficial salts (I use Pink Himalayan Salts, Epsom Salt & Magnesium flakes) and essential oils (there are many that are analgesic and stress relieving, like lavender, rosalina, eucalyptus, etc.). I've made various detox/arthritis/pain relief bath soaks and moisturizing citrus body scrubs (that get rid of dead skin cells to allow for cell turnover!).Dead Sea Salt has almost magical healing powers. Epsom salts are so well known by everyone, and these Dead Sea Salts deserve just as much recognition! This is an excellent health product and I'm about to order another bag of this salty goodness!

Where have you been all of my life?!
My skin type is very fair and very sensitive. I struggle with hormonal adult acne on my face, back and chest. I can't use lotions or perfumed body wash/laundry detergent/etc without breaking out in acne or experiencing itchiness. I have been searching high and low for an alternative to expensive dermatological creams and pills (as I've tried most or all of them and my wallet is screaming in pain with no magical results to show for the dough I've dropped). I decided after reading up on 'natural remedy' recommendations to give salt baths a try- specifically dead sea salts, as epsom salts (or soaking salts as they're called in stores) are more for circulation and nerves than for skin.I wish I had discovered this much sooner. After 2 cups (or maybe a little more the first time) in a warm, 20 minute bath once or twice a week with all me submerged up to my earlobes, I am very impressed with the results. My skin is softer, more even toned, and best of all the acne on my chest and back is clearing up!I was so happy with the results of this salt that I ordered the 20lb bag to save money, and I plan to continue taking at least one 20 minute bath with 2 cups of salt per week. I'm now a believer and I wish I had started incorporating this into my routine a long time ago!

Minera Nailed It! 100% Natural for Natural Healing
Minera Dead Salt has been my Go To Dead Sea salt provider for years. Several years ago my physician recommended a Dead Sea salt soak 2 to 3 times a week for very dry dry skin caused by having gas heat in my home. Now she is also recommending it for both Diabetic nerve pain along with Dual Sciatica treatment. Adding 100% natural essential oils to the hot bath soaking regimen along with 1/2 cup baking soda always does the trick. Not only does the mix (1 to 2 Cups salt + 1/2 cup baking soda + 4 Tbsp. Pure Vegetable Glycerin) help with skin conditions it soothes the muscle tension and calms the neurological sensory nerves. Mixing the salts with baking soda also assists with helping women maintain a natural PH balance without adding man-made chemicals. GREAT for women over 50! The Minera salts have also reduced my adult child's severity of Achne. The true resealable packaging is a hug added bonus because it keeps the salt dry and clumping to a minimum. (None of these statements should be considered any direction, prescription or replacement for any medical condition whatsoever. As always, consult your primary physician or dermatologist before replacing your daily routine treatments.)

Good Quality Salts. Might Be More Helpful for Skin Conditions Than for Relaxing.
I usually use Epsom salts in my bath, as I find them a bit energizing and good for tired muscles. Dead Sea Salt is something new I decided to try on a lark. I've been pleased with the quality of San Francisco Salt Co.'s Epsoak Epsom salt and its medium-grain texture, so I went with their Minera Dead Sea Salt. These are pure Dead Sea Salts from a source at the Southern part of the Dead Sea. They contain magnesium, potassium, sodium, calcium, bromide, sulfur, in that order, among other minerals. The minerals are supposed to benefit skin and muscles. The instructions say to add a handful to the bath -or a full 2 cups if you are using the salts to treat psoriasis. I added a half cup of salts. I can't say that I noticed any effect. The salts may not have been concentrated enough in my bath. I should probably have used 2 cups even though I'm not treating a skin condition. I hesitated to use more, as Minera is considerably more expensive than Epsoak, even when purchased in large quantity. The grains are 1-2mm in size -too fine for making a scrub. But, if you are going to give these Dead Sea Salts a try, I recommend using a generous quantity.
