A very great Bowie knife with some potential
Its very great bowie knife from out of the box, came in sharp and pointy. Tested the bowie knife by hack and slash to the log test and it prove be oddly durable. I also tested if it could cut through 3 or 4 inch diameter branch by hacking around the branch which it cuts through easily and also batoning it made more easier to make firewood out of the branch cuts. Overall great bowie knife with some potential however there is some cons about this bowie knife that I thoroughly researched about. This bowie knifes tang is a partial tang meaning that the tang only reaches half of handle which meant to be more for kitchen knives but somehow it is durable from what I tested on the log and branch cuts. And from watching videos about the SZCO bowie knife it has some potential to be useful in bushcraft but I think it can but for smaller uses like cutting branches or bushes to traverse around the woods or build shelters. Again overall great knife with some potential but if this SZCO Bowie knife was a Full tang it would be the tru bushcraft ever to be made by SZCO.

An honorable mention when it comes to budget banger bowies
"You get what you pay for," the old saying goes, and really what does one reasonably expect from a sub-$20 Bowie knife? The only reason I sprang for this knife initially was the brand name attached to it - SZCO Supplies - whose name is also on my favorite budget Bowie knife ever, the Carbon Steel Bowie. While this one did not live up the greatness of its (arguably) more famous sibling, this ended up being a hard knife to go wrong with on a budget.Out of the box, the knife had a robust edge suited for chopping as opposed to a shaving sharp edge. I'm fine with that, I rarely leave the factory edge on my knives for very long anyway. The blade is a classic clip point, cut in such a way it reminds me of those Schrade Old Timer Bowies you find at Wal-Mart. The handle, which seems to be a sort of plastic, isn't the most comfortable handle in the world but it gets the job done. Using this knife for light tasks, I never once felt the handle try to slip from my grasp or develop any hot spots that made using the knife uncomfortable. Again, this is a sub-$20 knife. Is this the kind of knife I would have as my sole companion knife were I to jump out of a plane into the wilds of Cambodia? Of course not. I wouldn't even trust it to hold out as my main camp knife for a weekend camping. That said, this is a cool knife for the bare bones budget price, and it works well as a light work knife if you need (or want) a bigger blade. Of course, for a few extra bucks, you can land the SZCO High Carbon Bowie or even Rough Rider's Black Mule Bowie, which I award the blue ribbon as the best budget Bowie knives for the $25 and under range. If you already have those and want a different knife to enjoy, then this is not a bad one to pick up. Just be aware its not a heavy duty chopper and you'll be fine.

Looks and feels very quality and is a monster in size
I don’t know why i didn’t catch the 15 inch part in the title for some reason i thought this was going to be like a 5 inch blade, don’t know why, so i was pleased to see its WAY bigger than i thought, great for the money.

Nice
Bought this as a prise for a silent auction for a nonprofit organization. Very nice for the price, and well constructed.

Pleasantly Surprised
This knife is very solidly constructed and well balanced. I have big hands and the handle is comfortable. It was razor sharp right out of the box too. It is stainless and not high carbon so would not recommend batoning but for what it is and the price I would definitely recommend👌

Pretty good.
The handle is a little hard to hold. But I bought it because I wanted a cool knife that was big and it is exactly that. So I'm happy.

It's Useful.
Knife is sharp, and well balanced. The sheath needs work. Doesn't fit the blade very well and the snap loop, since it's on the outside of the belt loop. It gets in the way and the blade cuts it. Sheath needs a redesign. But other then that I am happy.
