Works well for me! No cramps at all! That bloated feeling was gone and I can say that I shed some pounds!

i used for 7 days while i was working , its like 1 tablet 2 days and 2 tablets 2 days and so on..At first it was normal but When it got to the 3 tablets a day i was frequently using the loo so just make sure you are prepared for itOverall it did what it is supposed to do
