Is this also good for neck and arms and if not, do you have a product that is for that?

I haven't heard of this products being used on arms at all, and according to the directions it states to apply onto fine lines or thinly onto whole face after usual skin care/make-up routine. Directions does not indicate about use on neck area!! As a caution, it does say use only as directed and avoid contact with eyes! Hope all this helps!!

Is it good to hide laugh lines and deep wrinkle?

It makes your skin look extremely smooth when you have minor wrinkles around your neck and face. I’m sure it will help with deep wrinkles but make sure you apply it well.
