I love that I can cut my time in half by making two at a time. Very cool! A few tips to help are to NEVER ... EVER wash these with soap. If they’re washed with soap they will not work again. Instead, wet a wash cloth or paper towel and wipe them down very well before their first use. Then prep them by covering them in oil over night... I placed them in a pan with oil I would be using the next day. Once you’re going to use them keep the oil heated at 350F. Using a candy or meat thermometer will help gauge the temp. After you’re done using them, wipe them down with a dry cloth or paper towel and store them in a ziplock bag or covered container to keep dust and debris from them and they’ll be ready for their next use. I followed the enclosed recipe using wheat flour and eggs but had disappointing results. The real purpose for me to purchase this was to make traditional Sri Lankan Kokis. They turned out great. Once you get the feel of the rosette temperature it is super easy. Does not stick. Very happy with the purchase. I preferred to use one rosette at a time so I can be in better control. See attached picture of Kokis made with batter of rice flour, dairy milk and an egg.

Item is perfect- but they are very hard to use. Once you get the hang of it they worked great. You can stretch them to make them fit two. At first they didn’t fit two but we stretched the wires and it worked.

Update- I was able to move the prongs more so now it works. You definitely need to pull hard on them! Great product. Made perfect rosette cookies. Could have been fried less but that was user error lolNot very impressed. When you add both rosettes to the prong they don’t fit properly. It should be more pliable. I tried moving the prongs as much as I could but it still isn’t wide enough. Great price for the set though but may have to use one at a time unfortunately.
