Initial impression was a high quality sturdy bag. On the first use, I noticed you can not stuff full the extra pockets or the zippers become undone. The good news - they will rezip. On my second use, the fabric holding a D ring for the should straps tore through. The good news - customer service honored the warranty. While I am still uncertain as to long term durability with these initial issues, I would give a “worth a try” endorsement at this point.

This is a great piece of luggage. I loved how easy it was to organize my clothes and carry. It is sturdy and functional. Lots of compartments to store things. Great Quality too. I plan to buy another one in a larger size.

Didn’t come with a strap although it say in description and on the tag it came with that it comes with a strap.

Love that the hangers extend out of the bag, and they secure well with the clip. Really helps keep the hangables in place.All and all a great garment bag. Would recommend if you don’t need to pack shoes. Adding shoes just makes it too bulky for me.

Great travel bag for my suit. Has plenty of room for other carry on things.
