Dr. Bronner 18-in-1 Pure-Castile Soap Hemp Almond - 16 fl oz

This stuff is great for anyone trying to travel light. It has so many uses: shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste, washing up liquid, laundry wash etc. We have used it as shower gel and laundry liquid- for the former it smells great and lathers well but can be a touch drying (clears up any spots though), for the latter we found it great at getting out bog standard stains when used hand washing but as with most hand wash stuff it’s not so good at the more intensive stains.On the whole we were chuffed with this. Ignore the bonkers biblical ranting that covers the packaging- not sure what God has to do with almond soap.

This is a great soap with a fantastic smell. But ALWAYS dilute it if washing with it in the shower or as a general hand / body wash as it's way too powerful to use undiluted.

I've been using Dr. Bronner's for a long time now. It's great for travelling. I've used it on multi-week hiking trips, general camping, and when staying in hostels. I try to have some in the house at all times. A big bottle was a sound investment for use during lockdown. I use it to wash my clothes (don't have a washing machine) in the sink, and it does a great job. I use it (watered down) in old soap dispensers to keep up with the insane amount of hand washing being done right now. I drop a bit down my kitchen sink when I do my cleaning. It's also great for use in the shower (though, I do prefer the mint one for this purpose). It's got so many uses.

I decided to get this as I wanted to use an organic product but it has not lived up to all the hyped reviews! I used this on my hair and it was ok. I didn't like it on my body, it feels like it is stripping your body of moisture and hardly any lather is created. I used this as tooth paste, all following instructions and the inside of my mouth started to swell. Then used on my face and spots came out. I do have sensitive skin and I would not recommend this product. Not great unfortunate. A shame I cannot return it now, since I bought a massive bottle. I think I will have to use it to clean the floors and surfaces now.

Smells so lovely, like Bakewell tart cherries and cleans nicely.I bought this to wash my daughters sisterlocks because I’ve read much about how beneficial this soap is to locs, being that it is natural.I’ve yet to use it on her hair but I have washed her with the soap and she loves it. I also enjoyed washing with it - very thorough and not necessarily drying.Really lovely cleaning and pleasant smelling product.
