Just Toys LLC Minecraft Mine Kit

This thing takes some work to get through. Water, scraping on concrete, chiselling with the included pick axe, and smashing on the concrete were the many methods we used to get the toy out of the middle of this thing. Took some time and a lot of effort and it's messy. It was fun, if you don't mind the work.

I loved this it was time consuming while I am bored at home. The one thing i was dissatisfied with was that there is only one mini figure in this huge egg that could probably fit 2 or 3 minifigures. So it is on the pricier side for a singular mini figure but it was loads of fun to crack open.

I never complain, but I bought this toy for my 7 year old son that LOVES Minecraft anything! Anyways, I thought it would be perfect for him cause he could do a little “mining” himself! Somehow he managed to pinch his finger using the mining tool and even after following the instructions, scrapping and digging was not working at all! So his daddy did have to use a more powerful tool to get to the center! I did buy another one but my son will not touch it! His daddy had to break into it too, and it is extremely messy! I really think the age group should be much higher. The toy is not fun for my son either, because it is just a figurine and does nothing! Sorry for complaining, but I wanted to give an honest review!

I had lots of fun digging into this

So I bought this for my son for his birthday. He love these dog kits and he LOVES his Minecraft. It was nearly impossible to dig out. We even decided to submerge it in water over night to get the prize out. In the morning it was still as hard as a rock. We ended up getting the toy out but damaged the top corner of it from digging so hard. Even though it was crazy tough, he was still happy with it.

My kids (boys 5-10) loved mining for the treasure inside. The pickaxe that comes with the kit doesn’t work the greatest for mining, I had to soak for a long time and give the kids something else to mine with but other than that, it’s a fantastic way to spend a day!

My 6 year old son had a hard time getting this open even when put in water for 30 mins it was still really tough to get through with the little axe they give you. His dad ended up taking a real axe to it to get it open. But surprise surprise we got the golden creeper!! Overall thought it was cool just hard to get open and it made a huge mess in my kitchen lol.

This was way too hard for kids to dig at to get to the prize inside. It was supposed to be a fun little toy but it was a struggle and disappointment. The prize was super cute and a big hit and the idea behind this is awesome so that the boys could feel like they were in the game. It was just too hard of a material to be able to enjoy it. It also made a big mess because the chipped away pieces go everywhere. It was a mess. In the packaging somewhere it said you could wet it to make it easier to dig at.. just made even more mess and it really didn't make that much of a difference while digging away. It took a long time too. Definitely discouraging for my littler ones because they want that instant gratification of getting their prize, this wasn’t it. It took well over 20 mins trying to get into this darn thing and I wouldn’t buy it again. Not even as a gift because i know how it went. Its a shame because i had high hopes for this. Such a cute idea but not executed well.
