Cartwheel Good Night, I Love You

Cutest bedtime book EVER
This is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE bedtime book to read to my baby. I'd never heard of it before, but Amazon recommended it to me based on some of my other titles, and it had a ton of great reviews... for good reason! The illustrations are ridiculously adorable and just simple enough to appeal to my little guy (currently 5 months old). The rhyme and meter are great, especially because it uses regular language that makes sense instead of just random words that complete a rhyme (like many, many books do!). I also love that it almost exactly follows my baby's bedtime routine. I definitely see myself reading this to him for a long time to come, and to any little brothers or sisters in the future. LOVE!

She loves it; I’m not crazy about it.
I’m torn with this review. My daughter LOVES this book (hence the 5 stars) but the drawings are a lot less cute than usual (the boy looks like he has a receding hairline) and the story is really short. But she asks for it over and over and over.

Son’s favorite book
I bought this because I thought “I love you through and through” (by the same author) was adorable. I thought this one was kind of boring in comparison, BUT for some reason my 18 month old son is obsessed. It’s his favorite book and we read it about 3 times before every nap and every night bedtime!

Love these books!
We own several of Caroline Jayne church’s books. This one does not disappoint! Highly recommend, they are such sweet and simple stories

Cute but could be better
I liked this author's other book, "I love you through and through", but this one is just ok. It's kind of short. And it'd be nice if the words/rhymes weren't so spread out. I do like that there is a boy and a girl and they each have a stuffed animal.
