Apparently so good that my spouse eats one bag in one day.

I was afraid the seasoning would be too strong, but I love the original, so I finally tried. This has a little less of an edge compared to the original. You notice the lemon, but it's not overpowering. It's not spicy.I just tried this product for the first time. I've only had a few pieces. But so far I think it's even better than the original.

Kinda bland. I thought it'd have more limon con chile flavor. Good texture tho. Needs a lot more flavor. I'd probably buy it again.

In my personal experience there are no two identical kinds of beef jerky, i.e. some are more dry than others. This was one of the absolute worst brands of beef jerky I have tried though. To be fair the FLAVOR, "Carne Seca: was not bad itself, but the meat was dry to the point that I would have to take repeated bites just to actually bite off one piece. I assume and accept that there may be some beef jerky that is more tender than others - either due to flavoring, processing, or shelf life - but this was dry to the point that I actually felt the need to soak the jerky before even attempting to try a second piece. For anyone who want's to justify their purchase by saying, "well, beef jerky is supposed to be dry" (just as I did) - you have been warned. I do hope for other buyers' sake that I received a one-off bad batch, but as I've read through the reviews I realize that it may be a more prevalent issue with the jerky, (or perhaps just the Carne Seca flavor) than the initial 4-5 star amazon rating alludes.I have seen comments/reviews on here stating that the quality is "inconsistent" but I cannot attest to this. This was my first and only time trying this brands jerky. Admittedly the packaging is very nice and secure, as well as aesthetically pleasing; however, the flavor is decent at best and the texture is stringy, dry, and rigid as if it was dehydrated in a ceramic kiln. I was willing to try this once but in my opinion there are MUCH better brands out there offering higher quality meat that is not only edible, but more affordable as well. For a premium price I expected a premium product and after having tried it I wouldn't eat this stuff if it was a third of the price.

The ingredient list is easy to understand, and the flavor is good. Unfortunately my entire bag was cut with the grain instead of across it, which made biting of a piece incredibly difficult. I emptied the entire bag and cut it into short pieces.

I not even gonna lie. This jerky is super simple but it's the best I have ever tasted 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 I'll definitely be reordering

The flavor is good, but I won't be ordering any more of this jerky because it's too tough (hard to chew and bite). I don't know if I received a bad bag or what. I let family try it and they agreed on the toughness.
