Honey listen if you want to look snatched this is the vest to do it ! I’ve been on a weight loss journey and been trying to loose my last 40lbs. I’ve lost 60 so far and this vest does a great job and shaping me up fresh out of the pack it was a struggle!!!! I’m a size 14 so I got a large because I heard it’s not supposed to be “comfortable “ but it was a damn workout to get In it but once I did I was prancing around because I had a coke bottle look I also wear a breathable sweat vest over it too for like extra thermal power. And it took me like 20 minutes to try the first time but I got it down now. I love it highly recommended

I got it at night and when I first tried it on it was too tight to even put on. But I waited till the next day, when waking up and put it on an empty stomach and it went on extremely tight but I think that’s the way it supposed to go on. I ordered a large, I’m 5’3 and 160 and very curvy. Could have possibly went up to an x-large too.Only downfall with this waist trainer is the bra straps dig into your skin and the material is very pokey. I got scissors and cut the edges of them to remove the material that was digging into my skin and it made it better.

I actually liked this but had to return as the straps digged into the shoulders too much. I have another waist trainer that I love but hated the fact that when on it pushed a little bit of back fat out making it look weird in clothes. I had got this since it covered the back completely making it look way better in clothes but just too uncomfortable with the straps.

Please don’t get this waist trainer in my opinion it’s too flimsy to actually work properly. Not only that but the smell of the latex is so strong. Also I got the right measurements and everything but I still feel like it’s too big while I’m still on my first hook and I recently purchase it keep in mind. For the price I feel like you can spend a little more and get an actual quality waist trainer somewhere else. Not only that but the bone part of the corset sucks. The bone part isn’t even on the sides where it’s supposed to create that hourglass figure us ladies want. Was expecting better given the circumstances of all these good reviews about this waist trainer. Ladies please save your money and get something else.
