Hair Steamer Ozone for Natural Hair with stand Professional Home Use by Salon Store

The directions are not clear but this is a great product. Easy to use and has been great for my hair. Worth the money and I would buy it again.

I purchased this item in November, for my new salon opening in Jan. I hadn't unboxed or was able to use item before then. After my opening Jan 5th, I begin using the steamer and almost immediately started to experience issues. The steamer wouldn't stand straight up. It would lean and tilt over the clients head. Then after 2 weeks the bowl that holds the water started to melt. I then contacted seller and instead of sending a replacement they stressed that their 30 day warranty was up and the can just send me the pieces that are broken. I do not agree with this. Its horrible customer service to send pieces from another steamer. What it they don't fit or work. I guess I'm out of money and I have to close down my salon until we find another steamer that's higher quality. THIS IS NOT A SALON QUALITY STEAMER AND THE COMPANY KNOWS THIS AND STILL ADVERTISE IT AS SUCH. BEWARE

Moisturizing hair! My hair and my kids hair is nice and moisturized. Instead of paying extra at the beauty shop, we can do it at home. With a family of three girls, it pays for itself after a few uses. However, it makes a loud whistling sound and I'm not sure why. I usually have to play with the knobs to get it to be quiet. Not much instructions came in it. It is big, cumbersome and wobbly/not sturdy... hard to store away. Otherwise, I like it.

Great steamer! We own 6 of them. Great value. Other steamers have cords that are too short. These are just right.

The problem with this steamer is that it’s not sturdy, it’s to difficult to dispense the remaining water from the container, the screw ended up getting stuck no matter which way I turned it. I had to get a pliers to take it off.

I have had this steamer since June 2017. So far the only complaint I have it that the bottom portion of the stand is not as stable as it should be. Although the directions could have been clearer, the steamer was fairly simple to put together. I use it once every couple weeks however my daughter uses it more regularly - 1x a week - and it still works well.After use (I have 4b-c hair ), my hair is supple and moisturized, and is easier to comb thru without tangling. The stand height is adjustable and there is plenty of room inside of the steamer.Be careful to wear a towel around your neck as the "hot" setting gets really hot!I haven't used the "ozone" option yet so I cannot comment on it.I would buy this steamer again, regardless of the price.

i rate it with 3 starts because it doesnt seem really sturdy. It was simple for me to put together myself. it does produce a good amount of steam. It gets really hot. 3 to 4 stars its really not bad for the price

I really enjoyed my hair steamer. I would have given it 5 stars if the directions were a little clearer. I kinda had to troubleshoot it for a bit. I had to turn it on high until it began to steam, and then, I turned it down. Produces quite a bit of steam. I have already recommended it to a friend!!!!!
