Beware it the same book as The Little Shop of Happy Ever After with a different title.
Don't buy this book if you have already read The Little Shop of Happy Ever After as it the same book, i purchased thinking this was a new release, sadly it is not.

Started off Enjoyable. Girl looses job at the Library, moves to Scotland, Buys a Vintage Van & does it up as a Travelling Library (although how she managed to fit Table,Chair & Beanbag Seats,Books & all the other Paraphernalia in , it must have been the size of a Lorry) !!I can even see the Love Affair she had with a 'Midnight Train-Driver' passing through. But then she starts a Relationship with the Divorcee Farmer whom she's Renting her Barn Convertion off. Well you can guess the Sickley Sweet ending - which turned to (let me Vomit) Mush !! # I'd love an Author for ONCE to have an ending where - the Girl stays Independent, Single & Happy to be so !!

Quality poor not good dirty and marked
This was a good story but the actual book was extremely well used, grubby and not the quality it that was listed on the sellers web site. Very disappointed.

Comedic Romance - loved the characters.
Recommended to me by a Facebook group devoted to Georgette Heyer, and so pleased I read the rec and bought the book. Sweet, somewhat predictable - but well written. The prologue had me audibly chuckling. It was a truly delightful read (and from the astute recommendations of Nina I feel there are more books I need to get my hands on). Also, if you are following the societal issues in Britain, some of them are touched on (deftly, but not ignored)This is a book that is staying on my bookshelves for a re-read.

Hmmmm
Well, if you’re expecting a light, “fun” read, then you’re good. Bought it because it was recommended to me. I found it beyond silly. Zero character depth. Extreme tropes abound. Wouldn’t recommend :-(
