Great Customer Service from this seller
I purchased this fan a year before we had it installed... (building a house so I bought it early to avoid supply issues). During the install, we thought there was a problem with the product (missing parts) so we called the seller ( Maybe Dan). He talked us through the whole thing and we were able to correct our error. He literally answered the phone... no computer answering service. Issue fixed within moments! Great fan and great service! Thanks!

Nickle finished screws and washers
Gorgeous fan. The only negative comment is, it’s antique brown and the fan blades mounting screws and washers are “Nickel” finish, so I changed them out to black.
