Easy to use, seems to be working
This product was very easy to inject into the AC system. You can do so either using the systems own pressure differential (high to low side) or by using the pressure from adding of refrigerant on the low side, which is what I did. It went in very smoothly. Seems to have done the job. Everything is holding and the AC unit has worked hard all summer without any issues what so ever.

not working for me
my 2.5ton center air was leak in may 2023 I charge my system with the sealtech from canadien tire look like it's hold the charge for more then 3 moths .then I decide to try with this product and hope any better for permanent .after put in the rectorseal and fill up the system with full freon . I got nice and cool for the night.Just only after night the hold charge was gone...I thinks the seal A/C just random work depend on the product and your A/C system

Too soon to tell if small leak fixed. Part is well made and 'maybe' I noticed better cooling.
I was impressed by the device that contains the treatment. The instructions are pretty good, installation was easier than I expected. Oonly problem I experienced was I lost some refrigerant when removing the device from where it connected to the condenser unit. BE SURE to have on thick gloves and have good access to the connection so that when you begin to disconnect you can do so quickly. I was in a poor position and when I started removing the device. Some amount of refrigerant is sure to be released during removal, but I took longer than appropriate to complete the removal and lost more refrigerant than I wish. Probably my imagination, but the compressor unit actually does seem quieter and the temp drop across the coil seems to have improved some. I wish they had a similar unit that contained 12 or 24 oz of refrigerant so I could replace what I lost.

Seems to work so far
I have a slow leak of maybe one to one and a half pounds per year of R410a in a 4 ton HVAC unit. This stuff was introduced to the system about two months ago and the pressures and readings were just checked on a 95 degree day. The unit appears to be fully charged and all readings including subcool and superheat were right where they should be. Indications are that the product is probably working.I do tend to feel that the pricing on this product fluctuates too much. It can go from $50-$85 in no time. $50-60 is a fair price.

Good BandAid
Had to buy this for my 2005 Goodman unit that was leaking R22. Put this in and charged it up and it seems to be working like a charm. Don't know how long it will last, but I am hopeful it will get me through the hot summer months this year! This leak sealer plus a few hundred bucks in freon was a lifesaver!
