I do intermittent fasting and extended fasting in combination with a low carb diet so I had read that electrolytes are extremely important when doing this. I had previously tried the electrolyte powders and it was a bit hard to pass, I just struggled with the taste so I did further research and came across these reviver electrolyte capsules and they were a life changer! They have no taste and are easy to swallow so it’s a million times easier than drinking powders. These really help prevent headaches from fasting and make me feel great. I also take them before and during alcoholic beverages and they help as well. I have ordered several bottles and they’re a must have in my life now!

Little background: I recently lost 80lbs with a lifestyle change that included cutting back on sodium to 1500mg per day. I also went from living my life as a couch potato to training for a marathon. As I trained for running a 5k, I noticed my workouts were ending with me retaining water. After some research, I realized I wasn't getting enough electrolytes and sodium. I can't stand the taste of electrolyte drinks, and I didn't want the added chemicals and calories, so I reviewed several oral supplements on Amazon to try.I've used the REVIVER tables twice. The first time, I took (1) tablet 30 minutes before my workout, (1) tablet 30 minutes into my workout, and (1) tablet after my workout. I noticed some water retention, but not nearly what it had been. The second time I took these tablets I took (2) tablets right before my workout, and (1) tablet immediately after my workout. This seems to be the winning formula for me, as I had NO water retention with the second option, and I feel invigorated; like I could go another mile if I didn't have to get ready for work.I am going to continue using these tablets, as they seem to work for what I need, without the added "bad" stuff you get from electrolyte drinks.P.S. I had questions before I used these, and Larry was VERY helpful and encouraging. It's rare to find someone who offers customer support on that kind of level.

I've been told for months now that this is the ultimate hangover prevention tool. I was skeptical, and then I got to see for myself just how effective it can be. A friend brought some with him for a Las Vegas bachelor party and urged all of us to take some the first night. Most of us agreed to give it a shot, but there were 4 in the group that refused to take it - big mistake for them. After a night of heavy drinking, everyone but the 4 that refused to take some felt fine the next morning. While we kept the party going at a pool party at Aria the next afternoon, the other 4 stayed in their hotel rooms nursing crippling hangovers (the best part of the entire bachelor party was at that pool party!). Now, anytime I know I'm in for a night of heavy drinking, I make sure to have some Reviver on hand.It doesn't stop there, though. Prevents hangovers and helps recovery after workouts? I call B.S., that sounds too good to be true. How can 1 pill do so much? Well, I had to put it to the test again. I go to Flywheel at least once a week, and despite stretching and using a foam roller, I get some pretty bad cramps after a class (not every session, but when you get a good instructor that puts you through a really intense spin class, I can definitely feel major cramping in my legs). Taking a pill beforehand works wonders for recovery. I was skeptical before, but now I wish I started using this much earlier. I may start going twice a week now. Considering how much I drink, going twice a week definitely would not hurt (don't judge my drinking habits).All I can say is I'm a believer now. It works for me, and it's certainly worth trying out if you think this can help you.

Very pleased with this electrolyte supplement. I have been looking for a replacement for sugary Gatorade and Pedialyte, so I decided to give this a try.The first few times I used it was after nights of drinking 3-4 glasses of wine. Each morning I felt much better than I usually do.Yesterday/today was the real test; yesterday was a 10+ drink day that involved mixing wine, beer and cocktails. I took one pill after every 3 drinks and woke up today without a headache and 90% less groggy than I usually do after a long day/night of drinking. I'm very pleased that I was able to wake up early and have a productive day.Because I like to research things before putting them into my body, I investigated the ingredients/formula. I discovered that all of the ingredients are found in common sports and recovery drinks, but Revive's formula appears to have a mix of electrolytes, minerals and vitamins that is optimal for recovering from hangovers and high intensity physical activity.I plan to continue using this to reduce hangovers, but I also want to see how it works after serious workouts and while I have a stomach illness. Seems like a pretty versatile product. 5 stars for sure.

I loved everything about this product. I live in a very hot climate and was looking for something to help me as a runner. I saw the reviews on this product and my friend who is a runner also recommended it to me so I decided to try it. I loved i.it took three or four days to acclimate to my body and to figure out when to take it before my workout after etc. I finally figured out a system and it has been working for me for the last week. I like it very much.
