Too hard
Soaking and long cook do not soften the lotus seeds, it actually take hours and upon days to cook to soften these lotus. Additionally, you must removed the green part in the center to eliminate the bitter taste. Not a good product. I had better experience with a different brand.

The quality of this product is very very bad.
I am so surprised that the quality of this product is very very bad. The seeds inside are very small and there are many of them have changed color. (Many don't look flesh). It is my first time to have this terrible product. The seller don't allow returning. I strongly think this is a fraud sale. The seller has no responsibility for all consumers. What i can do is to throw this trash.
