sorry THIS BALL IS ONLY 6 INCHES IN DIAMETER. THEY SAY SO IN THE TEXT DESCRIBING THE BALL ABOVE. 6 INCHES, NOT EVEN CLOSE TO 8 INCHES.

4 pound should be fine. It’s to teach release and can be used for arm swing
