Very pleased with this back/neck heating pad. I have a very bad issue with the muscles in my upper shoulder and back and this pad has 9 heating settings with a timer. It fits snuggly and I also use it for one of my bad knees!

This is the BEST heating pad. It's soft and weighted. It's extremely comfortable, soft, flexible and high quality. The cord length is pretty long. The button on the top is perfect to keep it on your neck, but you can open it for your back or stomach. The highest level gets so hot it should almost be illegal. The timer allows it to stay on for upto 9 hours for the entire night. Highly recommend!

It works really well and heats up quickly. Just doesn’t always sit the greatest up on my neck. If you lay down with it on you can get it to stay more up on your neck.

The heating works great and I’ve have it over a year. The cord is long enough for me wherever I am in my home. It’s easy to use and I even use it for period cramps sometimes on my stomach and it’s soothing. I appreciate the cut off time because many times I fall asleep while using it in the night.

I really like this heating pad. The only problem i have is that the timer is not accurate.
