point of impact is a bit off but think that might be me
seems to be a ways off. but i don't understand how. because rotating it in the chamber doesn't change the impact point. so must be my understanding of it that's off. works great once you know the offset to figure in though. nicely built, and seems to be great quality.

Solid product
Purchase my first firearm which is a Walther PDP F Series and it came with an optic. Naturally I needed something to make sure the dot was accurate. This Bore sighter was my first option however I cannot complain about it at all. I purchased the green laser because my optic is a red colored sight. The shipping was relatively quick, and item worked excellent. I would recommend it to anyone thinking of purchasing a bore sight.

Green laser makes the difference!
This bore sight is by far the best I’ve used, thanks to its green laser. All my others have red lasers, which makes it difficult to distinguish between the laser and the red dot sight. I previously bought a similar red laser bore sight but had to return it because the laser was misaligned. This one, however, was spot on. I was able to zero my DeltaPoint Pro to 25 yards in about 10 minutes. To confirm accuracy, I repeatedly removed and reinserted the bore sight, and each time, the laser landed perfectly on the tip of triangle. I highly recommend it for anyone sighting in a red dot sight.

Not bad, but ...
It'll be slightly off, but close enough to save you time zeroing at the range.

Easy to use bore sight
I like the green laser as you can sight in easier at range and in daylight than you can with a red laser. I bought both the 9mm and 223 bore sights and they both operate great. The one feature that is missing is an on/off switch. You have to take the batteries out every time you are done with the sight. On an outdoor range, you can easily lose the button batteries. Not sure how you could re-engineer it with a switch, but it would be a nice feature.

No wobble in a drill press check.
After buying a name brand version and finding it terribly off center, I got this one and threw it in my drill press chuck to check its concentric worthiness. It appears dead on, so I’m happy with it. Not as happy with the Sight Mark one, that I had apparently wasted my money on.

Meh…it’s ok. Not great
The problem with this design is that it’s very difficult to get repeat results. Inserts the round into the chamber, close the bolt, observe, remove repeat; you will get a different placement on the sighting-in target every time. I wish it weren’t true but it is. It’s also annoying that you have to remove the batteries to turn off and on but that’s not a deal breaker. You just need to keep at it until you get some level of a repeat mark before proceeding with live ammo.

Bore sight laser
The laser is very bright easy to see through the red dot. It slides into the barrel easy and comes out easily . It is a quality build laser it will be the only one you need. The only thing I didn’t like was loading the battery in it, they are tiny and I have sausage size fingers. That is the only thing that bothered me, I was able to quickly align my sight with the laser! I highly recommend this product for new red dot people!!
