why is graco modes nest stroller bassinet wobbly? I mean the bassinet is not strong fixed. It moves. Is that a fault or all bassinets are same?

As mentioned in description it was very good quality product but there is some wobble in basanite but i have checked from Graco it self.. they made it on purpose..
