This shampoo and conditioner by themselves will -not- regrow your hair. It is meant as a supplement to Keeps' prescription-strength finasteride and minoxidil. To prevent or stop hair loss, you need to catch it and treat it early, and get an assessment from a professional. This shampoo has some ingredients that help strengthen your scalp including saw palmetto (a blocker that protects against DHT, a hair loss hormone), biotin (which strengthens hair), and caffeine (which is supposed to help hair follicules).

It’s a good shampoo/conditioner but the product didn’t help with hair loss, after a year of use. Let it sit for 5 minutes every shower & I can’t say there’s been any change.

I’ve heard that you can’t “bring back” dead hair, but my husband had a pretty sizable bald spot on the back of his head and with a mix of this and the ointment, he’s grown his hair back pretty well in the center. I’ve even started to see baby hairs on his scalp where there isn’t thickness.We are using the Keeps Shampoo, Conditioner, and Ointment in addition to things like red light therapy, biotin, pumpkin seed extract, and saw palmetto.

Don't really like this product dried my scalp and hair out instantly within one use doesn't seem very moisturizing the other issue is I contacted keeps specifically about this issue and their response to me was that it's sold by Amazon so you'll have to talk to them about it. And I'm like what? That doesn't even make sense Amazon has no knowledge of your product it's your product and you can't even answer any questions or give me any help that's ridiculous so yeah safe to say I will not be using this product and if you don't even have any knowledge of the products that you sell even if they're sold on a different platform then it's not something that I should be using
