This works on my restless feet for about 6 to 8 hours. Can't sleep without this in the summer months when my feet are so annoying. Spray on the feet a few times and let it dry in. Did give me some dry skin around my toes but that's nothing compared to the feeling of restless feet. Recommend for anyone who suffers with their feet at night.

Works well

I suffer from restless leg syndrome and it drives me mad in the night, particularly my left foot and leg.This is not usually the brand that I buy and although this seems to work sometimes,, it's not as reliable as my previous brand so I don't think I'll buy again.

Not good at all as described for restless legs I have used but it doesn’t work I need to return this item.

This didn't work for me!I suffer with restless legs and thought I would give this a go, the consistency is way too oily and takes an age to absorb in to the skin, if using at bedtime you need to leave it a good 30 mins to soak in as otherwise you would end up with greasy sheets all the time.Also didn't find it particularly did anything so this one was returned to Amazon.I now use a Magnesium Butter by Feather & Down which works brilliantly.
