I start taking one in the beginning then start taking two after few days... my sevier knee pain reduce tremendously and I'm full of energy from the time I wake up to the time I go to sleep.

First of all, I don't know why this product have this many 5 star reviews.... I took one every day for over a month and all it did is cause stomach pain and that's it, MIGHT have helped soften bowl movements but that's it, nothing more if not less, better off sticking to a healthier diet
