Item is easy to fit.it is a bit loud but seems powerfull enough and it looks very good.

A bit too noisy and no timer
It's well made fan. Should be a little bit quieter and the installation could be simpler. You need to remove covers to get to the wiring to connect it.

Not quiet at all..
Not at all quiet, can hear it running downstairs, would expect more from Bosch!

Disappointed
Extracts fine but moisture sensor and timer don't work - stays on permanently. Checked installation and wiring to no avail. Just using with on/off switch now.
