I purchased the rosin for my new bow that I also purchased from Amazon. I like the rosin. It is a good product. It was well worth the money. I recommend you purchasing it if you need some.

My violin is black, so I wanted something that would not leave too much white residue. This works well and does not leave white dust too much. I was impressed with the quality of the packaging. All the paper inside is coated with a soft-touch material. The company went into a great deal of detail from the little case to the the packaging (reminds me of Apple). I did not have to sand the top of the rosin at all, I just used it, and in no time it was on my bow. I am a very beginner, so not sure what else to comment, but I am happy with it.
