BIC Brite Liner Grip Highlighter, Chisel Tip, Yellow, 5-Count (GBLP51-Ylw)

These highlighters are great quality compared to many, many others I’ve tried. They produce very bright, vibrant colors, though the purple was a tad dark for my preference most of the time when highlighting. Words are still visible when under purple but it offers the lowest level of contrast of all of the colors. Yellow and orange are borderline neon, pink, green and blue are saturated and rich but closer to pastel rather than neon. The purple is vibrant and a more “clear” and strong shade of purple rather than a pastel lilac or violet color. I think they look very appealing and muted compared to traditional neon options.I use them sometimes for art projects and get use from all the colors that way also. I’ve had this same pack for ~2 years with semi-regular use and have had them last for a long time without compromising their brightness or the strength of their lines. They’re somewhere in the medium level of thickness with a chisel that covers a line of 12 point font very neatly.They can bleed through a page if you hold them in one place for too long, particularly on thin paper. These seem to work best on standard and sturdy paper unless you’re not concerned about bleed through. The result looks great pretty consistently.I think this was a great value considering how quickly some of the other highlighters I’ve used have run out of juice and started to skip on a page.I’d recommend these and I’d buy them again. I’d love to try other colors too, preferably in lighter/pastel non-neon colors.

Love them, and have been using them forever, cheap but quality and work well for notes and planner because they are pastel, good quality buy ever year and usually finish the year strong, have never had them leak or burst, don’t bleed, perfect thickness for college ruled notes/planner and never run dry or streaky on me

These highlighters are really nice for the price, and I love the colors! They go on a little darker at first but lighten up after a second or two, especially the darker shades. They are great for Bible highlighting and work well for general note-taking too. The orange and purple are a bit darker than I would have liked, but they’re still good. They don’t smear, though they do bleed slightly through Bible pages and notebook paper, but it’s not excessive—definitely better than others I’ve used. Easy to use, affordable, and a great choice overall!

It’s a great yellow highlighter. Works for highlighting purposes.

[Using Mead Five Star notebook & Uniball Signo RT1 0.28 in the pictures]• I would like to mention that the yellow and green are more pastel in person & DONT highlight right away with a bigger size pen. I tested it with a Uniball Signo 207 0.7 and it smudged badly• Every color matched the color of the marker "package" almost perfectly, except for the blue.• I wish the blue was more pastel• The blue and purple had the best swatch results.• I would suggest highlighting right away *only* with blue and purple• Best results if you wait a few minutes :)• The back doesn't bother me because I don't write on that side. I am using a basic notebook, so you might have better results with a higher-quality journal/paper• Overall, great highlighters for simple note-taking. I would personally write a bit before highlighting to prevent smudging! I am not a study or journaling girlie, but i do enjoy having specific things highlighted for categorizing/organization

THESE HIGHLIGHTS ARE SO AMAZING!They dry quickly. The colors are bright, and fun to use, especially in your Bible as I do. They don’t bleed through to other papers. The quality is overall amazing.
